I could have this dish every single night. It's not only simple, but is so flavorful.
Maple Balsamic Grilled Salmon
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4 cup orange juice
* 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 4 salmon fillets
Combine all the ingredients, except the salmon, in a resealable kitchen bag. Seal and shake gently to mix. Add the salmon and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork brushing frequently with the syrup mixture.
