Are you going to plant tomatoes to make JUICE from? We plant a bunch of roma and better Girl and Boy tomatoes and those are what we make our juice with..
Now just Plain juice though... Mom makes like V-8. she puts Parsley, Onion, garlic, cabbage,Green Peppers, and stuffs like THAT and cooks them a bunch and then juices them and adds THAT to the plain tomato juice.
A quart of tomato juice can be Thickened with corn starch and made into Amazing Tomato Soup.. to have with grilled cheese sandwiches. YUMMMMMMMY.
